Material is really stretched out and baggy and sloppy now

Did you size up? I remember a lot of people recommending that, but I stayed TTS, and mine still looks good.

hard to pull the trigger on the cardis as i'm not a huge fan of any of the cardi pics i've seen. think they would look a lot better in oversized fits but also wonder how often i would wear the cardi...seems more of a lounge piece then anything

Isn't the crop like what those vintage jackets fit like? Thats what my assumption is. I'm not even mad at the crop though. With the right tee length, it's fine.

You're probably right, but this goes beyond vintage jackets. My Replica hoodie is awkward (comfy though)

I always figured the cropped look came from when everything being slim and elongated broke super hard into the mainstream and became available at like, Kohls and Aeropostle and places like that. Fashion People got concerned about looking too passe or basic or whatever wanted whatever the polar opposite of the default "teenager at a Forever21" look was?

Good point. When something is cutting edge and aggressive or bold, it usually isn't coming from H and M haha

These jackets aren’t that cropped guys... the tees are just too long

I guess you're either wearing a jacket or top that is way too crop, or you're swimming in a t-shirt depending on where you are on the size spectrum. I have tried to size up for certain cropped pieces but it just never works out

Waist rises today are way lower than when these jackets were originally designed, so the crop is exaggerated with low rise jeans and pants.

This is profound, and is definitely why some pieces seem ridiculously short lol. Never thought of this, good point

University LS. These tees are probably my favorite out of all the press19 tees. I only got the browns, need to pick up the black ones later. Taking a hiatus from picking anything up right now until I know what else there will be. Don’t wanna get too many things for no reason. My LS dove tee has the damn tag on it..and that was from..when, 2015?
