Bogota vs Bogata II, which one fits smaller?

I didn’t really notice a big difference but Bogota one felt slimmer. The Bogota one also looks slimmer when it’s on because there aren’t any flap pockets. Also, they still had riri zips.

Are they pretty baggy? I bought a pair of Escobars in size Small and I can barely get them on - should I still go with a size Small in these Standard Issues?
