Does anyone have any suggestions on being able to close up or "shrink" the overall size of knee holes? I have a pair of Cast 2's and the knees are blown out and relatively large and I am wanting to get them a little smaller.
Once the damage is done there’s very little you can do. There are two options for you, either patching the denim and then darning over it or having a company like denim therapy perform “reweaving”. Either way the hole will be completely covered. I’ve heard mixed reviews regarding reweaving but if you aren’t that particular you could have them reweaving the hole then blow it out yourself. At that point I might consider patching the blow out so that it doesn’t get bigger. Hope that helps (?)

Have a denim question.. just got my nimbus in and they’re definitely tight.. i dont know if I want to stretch them out or cop some Dillon indigo. I wear a 31 so I guess would grab a 32 in the Dillon.. will they stretch out too much if I size up on the dillons, or fit perfect?

Unless you're emaciated you need to size up one from your usual cast 2 size when it comes to the Dillon indigo.
My Dillon indigo at a size 33 felt just as tight if not tighter than the Nimbus through the leg. A page back I posted some fit pics of the blackmeans rider but you can see how skinny the Dillon fit.

If you are choosing between washes regardless of fit I'd go for the Dillon. They have so much character and cool little details compared to the Nimbus.

Mondays...
OS Pocket / Nimbus / Vans
Nimbus is definitely the slimmest and shortest inseam pair of Cast 2 I own. They still work for me though.

Finally got to wear my Sails out today. I wasn’t sure what to think of them when I first got the shoes but after going out with these I have fallen in love with them. They are super clean and fresh. I needed another pair of white high tops and am glad I got these in the raffle even though I was aiming for the Ant.. blacks.

Quick pic paired with Washed black OS pocket tee and Plumas.

I'm a size 41 in cp, 9.5 in aj1 and 9 in vans. Would an 8.5 or 9 work better for the vandals?

Also sail or anthracite? Thinking anthracite for versitility.

Im a TTS 9 but I wear 9.5 in Nikes such as AJ1. i decided to get my TTS size and I definitely could have gotten an 8.5 and would have fit perfect but I actually like the size that I got since I like the roomier fit especially with high tops.

Those are my sizes as well and I went with 9.5 in vandals. Is 9.5 your usual Nike size or only with J’s? I size down .5 in J’s and I believe a 9 in Vandals would have my toe touching. Vandals are roomier in the toe box area so you might try a 9 if you can return them.

I'm pretty much a true size 9, but for aj1s and high tops I prefer a 9.5. I think I cam get away with a 9. Trying to get the sizing right so I don't have to go through selling and buying a new pair

So I’m hearing the dillons over the nimbus.. in that case if anyone is interested in a Sz 31 nimbus before I send these back for retail + shipping let me know
