Strange. I've actually sent a few emails to them with ZERO correspondence. It almost seems like my emails go to a spam folder. I love the brand and the items they put out, but if I can't get a hold of anyone if I need something, that kind of puts a damper on things.

I'm sorry and a little surprised to hear this. We try to make sure to respond within the day to 100% of our customer service emails. You can try emailing us directly - [email protected] or [email protected] and we will help you out!

I can vouch for their customer service too. Brandi for me has been very helpful and their customer service is one of the reasons I bought so many of their pieces. I would shoot Brandi an email if you need assistance.

Thank you for the response. I will keep these emails handy. I hold no hard feelings as I know you are probably inundated with emails and orders. Unfortunately, the times I emailed were regarding returns during the return period.

Do you guys no when cncpts and Fred segal will have the midnight collection and whether or not they will be online or in store only? I reached out to cncpts but haven't gotten a reply and the FS we ship is down so I don't know there contact.

Fred Segal Man should have it today. It shipped to Concepts yesterday so I would imagine by end of week.

I also had some issues with the responses from them. I placed an order from the midnight collection also and I never received a confirmation email. I hope my orders went through

I'm not worried about the email issue I'm sure there were a lot of emails to go through from the midnight collection release. I made my last post before i got home and when i got home i saw my hoodie so no worries for me
