Money is money... especially for those who aren't out of school yet etc. 8 dollars an hour is sure of a heck a lot better than 0 dollars an hour.

I think monkey dog does have a point, wage snobbery aside ... dithering about which suit and tie will get you a job at the Gap is like deciding on a culinary school to prepare you for Arby's. It's just overkill.

As long as you dress presentably and don't start doing pelvic thrusts during the interview, you should be fine.
