Hmm...I remember reading an article and he was talking about Dolce & Gabanna. Although, perhaps that is what he wears off set.

EDIT: typo, apologies.

There was an interview somewhere with the stylist, describing each character's wardrobe in some depth. Can't for the life of me remember where -- GQ perhaps?

In the article "Wear's Hollywood," which can be found in the Fall issue of the Australian magazine Men's Style, Piven's character is said to wear mostly Ted Baker and Gucci suits.

I've been catching up on my erage lately (that's pronounced eerahj)... and I have to say that his suits in Season 5 are pretty much what I'm shooting for in terms of fit, and his physique is very similar to mine (even his height). I especially like the soft shoulders and waist supression combined with the flat front pants.

Is there any consensus on his brand of suits for the more recent Seasons 5 and 6?

By the way, I hate his enormous tie knots...

Yeah, his suits fit decently yet his tie knot is waaaay big, plus some of his ties I don't like. I know E is really small, but his sleeves are always so damn long.

I'd say none of Ari's suits fit. They're all way too small. Have a look at the back, and then at the front how the lapels flare.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
