Jean shop jeans are good jeans, but, imo, overpriced and overly gimmicky (I mean, how much selvage can you use?). For very similar money, I'll shoot for 5EP or Nom de Guerre jeans, if you like that minimalist style in really quality denim, or go with APC for nearly identical cuts.Originally Posted by LA Guy

Jean shop is also pumping out some nice leather. Their belts are cool, but their messenger bags, leather jackets and wallets are amazing. Their wallets are real simple and, I believe, are made from saddle leather with no finish on them so they acquire that deep brownish red color after wearing them in. They would be a great alternative for those folks who like the idea of red moon wallets, but not the bulkiness and buttons. A steep price at $175 for a plain wallet, though.Originally Posted by rnrswitch
