I know some people wanted to know where to get their jeans hemmed in Chicago.

Well I just got off the phone with the owner of Mild Blend and he told me that they'll be getting a chainstitching machine in two weeks.

Price for hemming will be $20.

Goodbye... stacks...

Awesome. I have a pair of sanforized N&F Left Hand Twill. I've only been wearing them about a month. Is it ok to chainstitch without soaking first?

The machine at Mildblend is down for the count. They said they're ordering a repair/replacement, but they wont get it for several weeks.

Quick update: The Union Special at Mildblend is up and running. Chain stitch hem is $25. They hem on the spot, takes 10 minutes.
