If you wanted to start over in one of the world's major metropolitan areas other than where you currently live - which one would it be, and why?

Miami. I love the climate and pretty much everything about the place.

Dubai..because it must be pretty exciting this time of year.

Argh... Dubai was the one I was trying to think of, but forgot... also now that I think about it, this is a pretty crappy list I just made. No Istanbul, no Cairo, Baghdad, etc. ****.


I felt like I covered all the majors and a pretty decent selection of minors - but obviously I missed a bunch.
Sorry - feel free to pick "other"... I didn't want the list to get too long, and I think I had a serious brain malfunction.

I think the best restaurants are in the countryside? But I'm not sure. The eating certainly wouldn't be bad in Paris.
