How's the fit for Massimo dutti compared to Zara?

Are the trousers and suits measurements very similar? Massimo doesn't go below 30, but how does it compare to a Zara 30 for trousers?

Massimo is the higher end of the spectrum from Inditex' perspective. Zara is affordable fashion. Massimo is more suave. This means the fabrics in Massimo will be better, softer. The fit is fairly tapered, but not rockstar-with-nose-rings tight as Zara can sometimes be. MD stuff will stand the test of time, Zara is good for simple t-shirts etc, but not for trousers.

For what purpose are you looking to buy? Office wise, Zara is basically out unless you buy their occasional subdued line. For streetwear, MD is the more classic-stylish brand (at somewhat higher price) while Zara will be a lot edgier.

I just want to compare cutting and size measurements so I know which size to buy. I'm usually a 30 in Zara, so do I need something smaller than a 30 in MD?

It's for casual wear as well as office setting.
