I have some black and white Leather based shoes with a white sole I got given to by my rich/weird uncle and I want to "healthily" beat them up (So they look worn/not new, but not damaged).
Anyone have any ideas? I'm pretty new to fashion in general so forgive me if this is stupid, but have always liked the look of worn out shoes. My style is kinda rugged so it fits. These stupid shoes are so big and ugly that i kind of want to take some contrast out if it because what i normally wear is old navy or topman shirts and bootcut levi's
I was thinking just submerge them in some mud or dirt or beat them with a baseball bat or something and wash off what I can with a guarden hose, but I'm interested in hearing if there's a better method for breaking leather in and makin white soles darker
also if anyone has any suggestions for outfits with these id appreciate it all input as i said im pretty new to dressing myself. these arent really my style (they look like hockey skates) but i wanna make em work some how
