7.3 at a slow pace, until I got worried and cranked up the treadmill to 9.5 miles/hour. :nodding:

An easy 11 mi run this morning with a 3 mile hike in the mountains this afternoon. Feeling good. :)

I'm going to try my third 7.5 km tomorrow.


The weather was a bit sultry here today (not sure that's the right term, but the air didn't feel 'fresh', iykwim). I ran without time and speed on my watch; I could only see a percentage of the 7,5 km I wanted to run. I felt a bit tired after only a couple of kilometres, but...
