How many miles did you run today?

10 easy miles this morning. It was snowing pretty heavily when I started off but tapered off for the final few miles.

10s sprints with target of 860w. I managed to hit a peak of 864, but only 794w for the full 10s (824w for 9s, though!)

3300 yards yesterday and 2200 yards today. I swam in a pool I hadn’t used before, and they have an outdoor hot tub, which was extra nice today with a temperature of 3F (and a windchill around -10).

Just over 6 very slow miles this morning.

We got a light dusting of snow overnight and there was enough of a breeze and it was cold enough to make everything pretty darn slick out there.
