Shoulder (seam to seam on back): 18"
Arm (shoulder seam to end of arm): 24.5"
Overall Length (top of color to bottom): 41.5"
Right armpit lining repaired (see pic)
Really nice coat - very dark blue (basically black)
Nice buttons
Single center vent

Hrm. Shoulder's narrow for a 21.5" chest.

Good catch. They are! Just double checked all the measurements and the shoulders are actually closer to 18" maybe a hair under.
