Help Identifying Ralph Lauren Leather Jacket. Finders Fee!

I buy and sell a variety of vintage and limited clothes as part of my business. I have a great deal of vintage catalogs to do research but this item has stumped me.

I’m in search of this Ralph Lauren Moto/cafe racer style jacket. Specifically the official item name and range of production.

however perhaps more of a long shot I am looking for the jacket in a size medium.
It was produced in both yellow and red striped variants.
It was most recently featured in the 2017 Polo red cologne ad campaign featuring actor Luke Bracey.

Any and all information is appreciated.
I will pay top dollar for the jacket in a size medium and will additional pay A finders fee for a listing of this jacket in a size medium.
