Help critique my first ModernTailor shirt

(posted this in the big MT thread and didn't get any bites so reposting here... thanks for the help!)

Hi everyone... first time poster here so be gentle. Finally got around to measuring and ordering a shirt from MT and would like to get some feedback.

Definitely needs to be longer, challenging to get it to stay tucked in as it is.
Shoulders? Maybe add a little there? Or perhaps the armhole needs to be a little larger? The pic with my arms up you can see the pull under my pits.
Chest looks like it could gain maybe an inch?
Waist I think could come in a little more?
How is the length on the arms?

Thanks for the help... I lost about 30lbs in the last 6 months so am completely re-tooling my wardrobe.

Can anyone recommend a current blue oxford fabric?

you are a big boy.. not bad.

about 2-3" longer take in the hip not the waist.
add a touch to the chest 1/2" to the yoke.

you have sloping shoulders. let them adjust for it.
one more button on the tail of the shirt

I don't know how you look in off the rack shirts, but how different does this shirt look from those? It seems most guys on here get mtm shirts because they complain about all the excess fabric and they can't size down. Sorry but that shirt just looks like a shrunken shirt you got at Marshalls.

Thanks for the responses. Of course I hadn't seen a reply and ended up placing an order earlier this evening before checking back.

Here were the adjustments I made to the profile I had saved.... not too far off from what you suggested Shirtmaven.

chest +.5"
shoulder +.25"
length +2"
armhole +1"

Didn't take in anything which scares me a little bit, but only the waist/hip would be candidates. Really, shirt #1 is already a better fit than any others I own. Staying tucked in, alone, will make #2 better.

Ordered blue oxford fabric k23 onsale this week. We'll see how it turns out!

it's ok ma', my general issue with shirts is neck size. 17" necks seems to translate into shirts designed for guys with far larger upper bodies than me. Even slim fit shirts in that neck are gigantic. In causal shirts, no chance of needing a tie, from jcrew, for example, I'm usually wearing a M. 17" neck would put me in an XL there which would be a tent.
