If you did, and did it with less resistance to prevent more muscle gain as would occur with higher resistances, did you notice your legs getting thinner? the reason i ask is because my thighs are pretty big from cycling but i want to cut down on that and do a lot of low resistance eliptical work to try to get them smaller. Just want some feedback on how effective it may be at acheiving this. I know long distance running can make you skinny like that but i'm not sure about elipticals and i can't really run right now (back issues)./
