What exactly do you mean by "half Norfolk"?
Do you want the vertical strips of fabric? Do you want the full belt or only the belted back?

I understand that half Norfolk is an established term. It means a jacket with box pleat pockets, but no stripes, no belt. Usually with a belted back.
