Interesting. Anyone want to call JL and see whether they'll honor a return?

The shoes have clearly been worn a ton. It's not like they are brand new and just busted open!

What's really distastefull is he is gleefully urging people to rip JL off by telling them how to pull a fast one. Why would anyone ever deal with a seller who so openly brags of his dishonesty?

I'm not a law talking guy, but the terms "conspiracy" and "fraud" keep floating through the transom of my mind.

Greed, for lack of a better word... Anyone bidding on those with the intention of obtaining a new pair from JL deserves to get ripped off. Since when does JL have a lifetime replacement value warranty? Furthermore, I don't see why those can't be repaired.

Maybe he can convince Vote4Tom to return the Lobb skating boots for new ones, or for a $34,000 refund?

This guy is a trip. Why not just tell people to buy all the NWOT (new without tag) items on Ebay, return them to where they were purchased, and then claim they were a gift, and try to get a cash return or a store credit!

In addition, he's selling these "Wana of London", shoes. Anyone ever heard of them? They really don't look all that bad. And let's not forget that his Dad was a Lohn Lobb buyer.
