That's my favorite polish too, heh.Well, I used the Grenson light tan polish the first two years, and found it a bit too dry for the leather. Â I now used the mid-brown from Weston, which has darken the leather a bit and covered up the dryness in the leather. Â I should have switched earlier.
It's the marron fonce.
Actually, on these Grensons, I now alternate between that Weston polish and light yellow Berluti polish, so they won't get too dark. I found the Berluti yellow polish works wonders on brown shoes: it helps the brown stays bright and balance the darkening effect from the brown polish and age. On some brown shoes I now use exclusively the Berluti yellow.
I also received a can of Burgundy from Aubercy for my shoes but I haven't tried it yet. I think I could use a tiny bit of burgundy in these Grensons.
