I'd like to send a nice selection of salamis and charcuterie to my brother in law as a gift. After the usual suspects (Zabar's, Dean & DeLuca, etc.), can you recommend a good source?

I don't know about which vendors, but I have been recording tasting notes on charcuterie lately. My current favorites are Vismara Genoa salami, Citterio soppresatta, Groezinger kielbasa and Schaller & Weber summer sausage.
