I'm not a big EG fan but I think the EG looks the best with the SC a close second. The GC toebox looks too long and throws the balance off with the rest of the shoe.
It does look long in the picture but much better in real life.

Maybe its bc Im younger but I prefer the cleverleys but Im not a fan of the EG 202 last.
The EG 202 in the narrow C or D width has got to be one of the most elegant classic lasts on the market. It doesn’t have the stubby appearance of the standard E width.

I like the Cleverley Nakagawa, the curve on the last makes the shape more pronounced. Though it would be better if you put all those three shoes on a single photo and at the same angle. Cheers.
Will do a side by side comparison. I also have all three makers in black (all oxfords but mainly plain caps and a whole cut).

How about EG’s last 82? It’s based on the 202 but is narrower, with an almondy and round toe. Easier to come by than those Cs or Ds.

I’ve have both 82E/82D (too sharp and too straight on the inside of the nose. Still not as elegant in my opinion as 202C/202D which are both true almond nose lasts.
