ZB in my opinion runs slightly larger. I normally size down half from my Carmina/EG sizing for ZB.

Very similar colors indeed but I think mushroom is bit more warmer undertone

As you already know sizing is very subjective matter since ppl have different preference and etc

I am US7.5 (between D & E width) on Brannock and wear UK6.5 for Carmina Rain / UK6.5 EG 202 & 606 / UK6 for ZB Sailor Last

For EG, I think you will do well in UK11E (US11.5)
