what is you thought on fur coats for men? i know it's kind of an hot topic for moral reasons, but i am streactly talking about vintage real fur (i think that fake fur it's actualy alot more damadging for the world then the real one). Whatching the series broadewalk empire and alot of vintage illustrations i have olways really liked the style, very challenging to wear, but really, really beautifull. I have two coats right now, A really old cachemere one, witch it had an abrasion domadge in the rever and sleeves (due the old age), so i had added a thrifted vintage mink furr collar. don't even know if the collar was from a men or women coats, i just thought the color was perfect for the tones of the coat i had. I even had thrifted this 100% beaver fur peacoat one week ago. It's actually my first complete fur garment, so i don't know if i will be able to pull it off, but was compleatly handmade and was in perfect conditions and it's super rare to find classic men fur coats, so i got it. The only think i had done was to change the buttons with this brown mother of pearl ones. i even hope that being a short hair furr will look less flashy. if i have to be honest doesn't even feel like furr, but more like a very plush and dense velvet. I think it's from the 70s. what are your thoughts? i love it, hope to be able to pull it off this whinter
