Don't wear the vest, and ditch the suspenders.

Stand with your hands at your sides and photograph just the suit, shirt and tie, with the jacket buttoned. (no vest)

Sorry I don't have the jacket anymore because I had to take it to a tailor to get the sleeves right, but I hadn't much money so I just kept the pants.

So there is nothing I can wear on that pants? I know the best suit to wear is black, but I just don't have that and don't have the money and time at the moment. I thought maybe a neckturtle is oke on that pants, but probably not?

I can't solve your problem for you, but I can assure you that you would look very much out of place at any funeral I have ever attended.

Your experience may differ, or it may be a different crowd.

I know nothing about the circumstances of the deceased, so I know nothing of the folks who are likely to attend.

You keep looking for someone to tell you it is okay to attend a funeral without a suit. It's not really okay, but if you can't get a proper suit in a dark color then you'll have to work with what you have. Yes, wear a tie, preferably a black tie.

I'm sorry, it's just that nobody just sad the words "no it's not possible".

But I followed your advice and I bought a black suit with ack shies and a black shirt.
