Ed, I'm interested in the 34 orange Valenti cords. Which picture is true color. First one (group shot) suggest color is dark orange, whereas the close up shows a much lighter shade of orange.

Out of curiosity, what makes the Loro Piana moleskin so expensive at $180. Do you think the pants construction is worth it (retail price), or are we talking about some magic fiber or just the Loro Piana name?

in order of importance:
1)I want to keep them for myself so I price them where I hope no one will buy them and I subconciously tell myself that I have no coice but to keep them
2) the fabric and construction are very top notch. Are they the best pants in the world? No, but they are the best moleskins I've seen/owned (I've owned, Borrelli/HF/RLPL/Zileri made by Incotex moleskins)
3) the Loro Piana brand commands a premium and is not as easy to find at a discount as just about any other brand.

bumping this one last time as I have not yet put the jackets on ebay and I just received a PM from a buyer of the RL grey cashmere jacket and a Battistoni scarf saying "Received them and I must say that this jacket is awesome. Also, the scarf looks even better on the other side (white with blue dots). No buyer's remorse here" (quote used without permission and does not imply an endorsement nor a recommendation to buy said items). Stuff is definitely going to ebay tomorrow.
