Edit: Sold, pending payment. Pics forthcoming, asking 450 shipped. They've been worn twice. They hurt my feet something terrible - I'll probably buy the next size up from Sky Valet, only this time, they'll fit my orthotic.

Hmmm, that's nice, though the Carmina wholecut is probably top of my list at the moment.

Why don't you have Sky tinker with the interior of the shoe so it matches, or somewhat matches, your orthotic? They've installed new insoles and arch supports in many of my shoes. I dumped the orthotics at least a couple years ago, and haven't regretted it.
