I actually sort of dig it. The vest keeps the shirt stripes from being too much.

You can't do this man. You pick your team and you stick with it mo matter what. No glory hunting.

Players, managers, owners come and go, but the supporters and fans are what makes the team.

Agreed. No bandwagoners. A sports team is like a marriage. For better, for worse.

Um u guys are aware that he supports the Dutch team and all theor players wherever they theu play. I see no bandwagoning in that

Being a fan of a player is one thing, but being a fan of a team because that one player is in it is entirely another. Keeping in mind it's just sports, and anyone can do whatever they like, of course. :D

:) Don't worry. I've been an Ajax fan as long as I know. But apart from that, I'm a football fan more than a club fan. I watch the sport for players that make the game magical, hence Cruijff, Bergkamp, Zidane, to name a few. And no, apart from Ajax and the Dutch team, I don't really care where they play, as long as I can see them play.

Ha! Says the man who lists fifteen teams! :D

I want to see England do well (kings of the under achievers) but the individual players are largely a bunch of wankers and I couldn't care less who their club teams are. As we say back home, a marriage can be annulled but your team is for life.

I meant it less as a criticism than as acknowledgement of how close you got with something that shouldn't have worked at all.

If that shirt had been pencil stripes, it actually might have for-real worked. Still would have been loud.

Some pretty epic trash-talking ITT, so thumbs all around for that.

NOBD looks the best but doesn't look like Holland or Argentina so I'll abstain.

Thx anyway, Canta. It wasn't about Holland-Argentina, just Holland (orange...) :).

.
My bad, I thought the blue and orange represented a rather well executed version of the Holland vs Argentina match.
