Went to Vince Maloney & Co the other day and saw the most beautiful FR loafers........for $950!! I don't think I could justify paying that much on a pair of shoes.....maybe $600-700. Anyone help me on where I could possibly purchase a pair online for cheaper?

You could call one of the FR stores and see if they will ship to Aus. They run $500 in NY, and shipping to Aus isn't too terribly expensive, so you'd be all in at $575, which I think is cheaper than the Aus price and close to your ballpark. At their regular sales, the price is usually 40% less and in my experience, they tend to have plenty of selection. My guess is that if one of the European stores would ship, you'd get it for even less, although I'm not certain of that. All that said, I'm not sure that I'd pay full price for FR shoes - at that price point, there are, IMO, plenty of better options. On sale, they are a better deal.

With FR shoes for men please buy one size smaller in the U.S. I wear 10.5 US, 9.5 in FR.
