Guys,
I remember reading some time ago about "the world's best food magazine"; an American publication with a rather limited circulation. Published by a food writer in Vermont (I think?). It took a very "serious" approach to the writing and wasn't published monthly or bi-monthly but rather when the editor believed it was ready to go to print.
Any of the gourmets in this forum who can help me remember the name of this publication?
