It's not clear if Ferrari is suing about the modifications to their car (crazy) or about all the Ferrari branding on this guy's website. If it's the latter, it's not so ridiculous - you can't just take someone else's trademarks and use them to promote your own company.

What a waste of a nice 360. Someone needs to slap that guy upside the head.

There is a limo service in Philadelphia, East falls to be exact that rents a stretch 308 that is always parked out front for others to see. I guess Enzo hasn't heard about it.

I don't see why everyone hates that ferrari limo so much. I think it looks as nice as any other limo out there.

Because regardless of how it looks compared to any other limo, it looks worse than every other Ferrari out there.

That's one of the dumbest cars I have ever seen, but since it is his he should be able to do what he wants with it.

That would set a bad precedent if Ferrari wins.

Okay...so next some rich chick paints her Lambo pink and gets sued for it?

Agreed. After that they'll try and sue someone for putting new rims on the car... because they aren't official "Ferrari" rims that will be sold a 10,000% markup.

Probably the guy's just bored. Like you said, if I were Ferrari, I would definitely want to protect my name. Probably the guy wanted to start his limo service of some sort. Probably a phoenix airport limo service?

+1, I'm with you. I think Ferrari is in the right. And, it is no longer a Ferrari. This isn't just cosmetics it has destroyed the function of the automobile. The owner can do whatever he wants. Just take off the badges.

exactly, plus anyone that would cut a Ferrari in half and slap in a bunch of sheet metal, should probably be institutionalized.

It's his car, he can do whatever he wants with it. Ferrari doesn't have a leg to stand on. If he were selling these modified Ferraris as Ferraris then it would be a little different.
