Since there are so many fakes selling on ebay now - fakes masquerading as the real thing - maybe you should be allowed to sell fakes if you admit that they are fake. Or could there be a market just for fakes? On the other hand, it's slightly annoying that some seller from the US would be punished for unknowingly selling fakes when there are hundreds of fake items being sold from China (and the US and Canada) in which intention is quite clearly to sell fakes. Perhaps they should just let you sell "fake D&G" - but that would never work legally. Or maybe they can allow ebayers with over 200 positive feedback to leave comments on an auction or something. I often see fakes and would like to let people know somehow.
Also, ebay no longer let's you "keyword spam" (e.g. "like Gucci"). I understand the reasoning behind this, but people who sell fakes can still get away with it.
