Hello, can someone people let me know if this trench coat is authentic from the tag? Thanks.

I have a Burberry Brit Britton trench and my tag is the same. I also have a Burberry Brit peacoat which has a similar tag inside. As for the plaid, my coat was from an outlet mall, and the plaid doesn’t fully line up on the inside. Im
Unsure if that’s truly the design( which I doubt) or it was a fault and that’s why it ended up in the outlet store for 1/3 price.
Interestingly, I have found another Burberry Brit online which was verified as authentic - the plaid is not fully aligned either.

Hi, I am Mark.I am 34 and I have recently joined the forum. I heard it was a great place to get some insight into the authenticity of luxury items such as Burberry. I am a post graduate student and enjoy trying to find a good bargain online or in stores- it is like a little hobby to see if you can find some good treasure.

Anyway, this item I recently came across online and was rather interested in it. I have a Burberry Heritage range- Kensington Mid already, which I managed to secure at an outlet mall in the UK- it is in beige. I was keen for a black one, and was looking for a more vintage style, but then found this one and was thereafter really interested in the item.

I'd really appreciate it if you would tell whether or not this supposedly ' authentic' Burberry trench is authentic or not.

My query is, the hang tag with the price is different to any styles I have seen before - The older Burberry said London, England in italics And the newer generations hang tags have a different font and brown, stating Burberry London. Also, I am unsure if this is the older Burberry range and a rough age of the style, given the Burberry tag inside. My current coat says Burberry, England London, with the royal emblems on the inside label.

Lastly, the stitching on the nova plaid of the neck is Zig zagged. I have never seen that on the neck of the trench coats - is this usually a feature?

Loro Piana sells their fabric to other clothing companies. That’s a coat by a random company using Loro piana cloth

Thanks for the reply - I'll be getting a refund through eBay. This clown is apparently selling all kinds of fake crap: nnioioi He (or she) just pulled all the listings. I think buyers are discovering they bought counterfeit junk.
