Hello everyone! If you are on the GYW subreddit then you have already seen this, but I wanted to post over here as well.

I'm working with SoleGarb on getting an order together for a pair of Balway boots in Horween unglazed natural shell for the upper and hatchgrain unglazed natural shell for the shaft. We actually are trying to get two different groups for this going. Everything is the same for each makeup except for the last. I'm in on the 74945 last group myself, so those specs are set in stone and won't change. The 363MOD can be tweaked a bit if people so desire and everyone can agree, but right now we have 3 for it and only need 1 more. The 74945 group already has the numbers that are needed so it is definitely happening.

The exact details will be:

- Model: Balway
- Uppers: Unglazed Natural Shell
- Shaft: Hatchgrain Unglazed Natural Shell
- Eyelets: 9 Brass eyelets
- Welt: 270° flat welt with natural edge dressing
- Sole: Commando
- Last: 74945

I would not mind if it were on something less chunky like dainite. I am trying to visualize how the commando would look.

My vision is that it turns out something similar, but obviously not quite as sleek, as the G&G Urban Commando boot.

Hey @scubajose , likewise I'd rather do Dainite or double leather.

Commando would be a deal breaker for me.

Come over to the 363mod side and we can do dainite.

If we could get one more to join us we could add another makeup perhaps to the list? Not sure if Lorenzo has the stock available in shell. I’d be in for:
- Model: Balway
- Uppers: Unglazed Natural Shell
- Shaft: Hatchgrain Unglazed Natural Shell
- Eyelets: 9 Brass eyelets
- Welt: 270°or360 flat welt with natural edge dressing
- Sole: Double leather or Dainite
- Last: 74945 or 363 Mod

Ok, I'm making the ultimate change of the 363MOD group to dainite and a 360 welt. The 74945 is not changing because that's how I want it done. Sorry, but I'm organizing it so I'm going to make it that way.

That’s understandable and makes sense, it seems you’ve got the requisite four for that makeup. However, if there are four more of us that would want the same makeup, except with double leather, or dainite, maybe we can work that one in as well?

Edit: I’ve never organized one of these, so pardon me if my suggestion is out of bounds.
