Short-haired flat-top (neither comb nor product)

As for the OP, virtually every day:

Persian Lamb (more a wedge cap design than an ambassador; it has earflaps built in) for winter
Wool flat-cap for fall/spring
Irish walking-hat for fall/spring
Panamas for summer
plain jute ball-cap for summer casual
bucket caps for work summer around the yard/swimming/sports

Hey hat men, I have a black classic fedora by Borsalino "Alessandria" size 7 1/4 that I'm thinking of moving. Any interest? PM me. Thanks.

Plenty when I lived in Oz. A combination of ferocious sun and an increasingly baldy napper which necessitates a .0 crop meant that a sunburnt scalp was possible in the time it took to walk to the bus.
Never when wearing a suit though (which I didn't have to do more than a few times a month as a rule) - couldn't do it without looking a complete tit for some reason.
Back in rainy old Blighty, it's more often a question of keeping warm than for protection. My Panama's been worn about twice in the 18 months I've been back and it's my tweed cap that's been getting worn.

Never because I don't think I can pull it off, but I'd love to wear a hat every day. I figure once I'm 40 I could start wearing a hat.
