I have two felt fedoras, linen fedora, two montecrsiti panamas, cuenca panama and a linen cap. Something for all occasions (almost

Whenever I am likely to be out in the elements longer than it takes to walk from a parking lot into a building. If it is raining or unusually cold, I'll wear a hat even for that.

For most of my sojourn on SF I wore hats daily when I walked my dog morning and night. These days I am dog-less and an elliptical machine has taken the place of the dog for getting most of my exercise.

Living in a rural area, where half of the people believe that 20 EUR jeans with weird prints, a sweatshirt and running shoes are fashionable for go out at night, I just can't pull it off. Besides I'm just 23 and hats as well as sunglasses just look kinda odd on me.

Do hats and long hair (pony tail) fit together at all? I would say no.

A ponytail on a man looks ridiculous to me, but then again so do earrings. I'm 24 and pretty conservative, if I saw some of the people I see that post here on the street, I'd have a hard time stifling a laugh. I also wish I could pull off a hat, but alas it would garner so much ridicule I could do nothing but cry on the inside

Brown Fedora (Matches my overcoat perfectly)

Panama (just for fun)

Both made custom and purchased from Optimo hats in Chicago.

I don't wear them often enough.

Knit caps in winter to walk the dog. In the summer I wear a hat during outdoor activity.

Yes, most days back in Australia due to the sun & now in HKG I have started..

Interesting to read peoples reactions, mostly positive (especially from women).

W/end I tend to wear a flat-cap & now that it is warming up, my short brimmed panama from Dunhill.
