Not really, but I don't care for these sneaker/dress shoe hybrids, even if (particularly if) they're Lobbs.

I don't own any. If you are merely soliciting opinion on these, I don't like them. I am not enamored with the Puma-ish styling or the price they stuck on what is obviously meant to be a casual shoe. Again, I don't own any and can not speak as to their quality, durability or comfort. The styling is not bad but if they are anything less than exceptional in the three previously mentioned areas, I would never buy them.

Y'know saw them at Bergdorf's men's store a few years back and at like $500 for the boots thought they were some new brand for the uber jet set - I guess I am wondering that the consensus is.

I gather they are NOT cool anymore. I am always looking for semi-cool yet mature going-out gear that I can wear without looking like I am trying to be myself at 25.

Whoever thought of the licensing idea with Pirelli was smart - and the racing bootie style has merit for a certain crowd. Though I note NM & Bergdorf no longer carry them.

Whowever stocks avventura.com has pretty crummy taste. Maybe there's 1% of bearable styles in there.

The Chicago Watertower store at some point during the late 80s or early 90s went downhill.
