You have an impressive fund of esoteric knowledge.

I'd like to see a facsimile of Guernica made from old wire hangers.

When I first took coat hangers back they were bemused, so I asked and was told that although they have a dozen or so dry cleaner/wash customers a week (including those who take all their shirts in), nobody has ever brought the hangers back. I was gobsmacked: is there any hope for us?

Zoots cleaners provides a triangular box and takes back the hangers. I have no idea what they do with them, but at least they're out of my house.

I try to bring them back. My local cleaners are happy to take them back. I actually asked before I started, and the guy who works there said they were happy to take them. The way he responded made it sound like it's a pretty common practice.
