Do people still fitting metal toe plates to their leather sole shoes? I 'm having a hard time finding a shop will do that, the local shoe repair shop does the cheap 'hammer on' type plate but I'm looking for someone could fit it 'blend in' style with the lulu metal plate. Any ideas or suggestions, thanks a lot in advance.

Whelp, if you were in Seoul, Unipair does awesome inlayed plates. But in general, yes places still do them.

A few places in NYC does it. I am sure, if it's worth the cost to you, you could ship your shoes to them and have it done and shipped back.

Thanks for the info.
Sorry, should have mentioned I've just moved to London, was struggling to find a shop locally.
