I was at a shop in Orlando when a gentleman was picking up his new Patek, as he struggled with the new croc strap it slipped off his wrist and on to the tile floor...cracked the cystal! I have no idea who had to pay for the crystal (shop or new owner) but man that sucked.

Congrats! Last month, I made the mistake of winding my Luminor shortly after washing my hands, and I realized the crystal had fogged up an hour later. After taking it to the Tourneau in Boston, called Panerai and they quoted $600-800 to fix it

5 years ago i had a brand new Panerai Luminor Marina,the thing started running fast about 6 months later and had numerous lil problems that constantly had to go back to service.i sold it,bought myself a really good replica and has run perfectly for the last 3 years,and if something does happen ill just get another one.PRESTO
