First suit, tie & shirt purchase. Had a crack at the dimple. Got some practice ahead of me...

Try pulling your knot a little tighter, and pinch the base of it a bit while doing so. This should help you get a better dimple. See the pic of Spoo's knot in the post above yours. Once you figure out a basic dimpling technique that works for you, you'll pretty much get a decent dimple every time you tie your tie without much thought. Also, excellent choices for your first suit, shirt, and tie (and pocket square). :slayer: I can tell you've been browsing SF. ;)

Thanks Flyswatter. I have been researching a lot on here & browsing heaps of threads for ages to try and get something stylish. I don't have heaps of coin so want to get it right without spending.wasting too much money. Plus, I don't wear a suit for work so don't need alot but I love when I get the chance to wear one! The hardest thing seems to be getting slim enough fit shirts as I am pretty skinny.

Cheers for the knot advice. I will keep practicing. I love Spoo's knots & hope to achieve something like that.
