Jealous. Special order or available for retail somewhere?Gentlemen, with regret, please remove me from the Galway spreadsheet. These just came in. Think I’m covered:

MTO through Carmina. Had to work with them directly to have the split toe seam removed.
Yes. $100. No biggie.Did they charge a pattern modification fee for that?
Agree not bad at all. I was initially quoted free of charge pattern change for my color 4 u tip order, but was then told there was an error. Didn't upset me at all, given the level of service and customization available via Carmina. I'm extremely excited about my order after seeing your two u tip boots. Your boots have unique Carmina aesthetics to them too, they are not just clones of the Galway 2 or Alden U tip boot (which are frankly the models I had in mind when I placed my order, but I'm happy to see this original Carmina look).Yes. $100. You're gonna love them and I agree with everything you said about Carmina. They’re terrific. I find my U-Tip boots to be sleeker, more tapered, and less “work-boot” like, if you will. C&J has its own aesthetic. It’s gorgeous and very English. I hate Alden and always will (rather wear sneakers to church). Carmina, on the other hand, is a perfect blend of refined design and real-world function. Loving the brand more and more every day. It’s basically half my shoe closet, at this point.
Just out of curiosity, what is it you hate about Alden?
