1. Dormeuil, mid-grey color, worsted. Suit: 3 button, notch lapel, single vented, 2 flap pockets, full canvassed. Trousers: double pleated, belt loops, no cuffs -CHeap, under USD600 for the suit (HKD equivalent) -Photos suck- from my phone, but as I said, I'm a small timer without a proper camera. -Suit was commissioned on my last trip to HK. This is my second attempt at Made to Measure, my 4th suit in my wardrobe. -All buttons on cuff are functional, showed 2 unbuttoned. -I have a 'typical asian' little drop from chest to waist: suit has little tapering. -My shoulders are very flat.

2. Holland and Sherry navy pinstripe wool with some cashmere, its a really heavy, thick fabric for winter. The inside f the jacket from the the chest to shoulder is also lined with the textile.. 2 button, centre vent, high armhole, some waist tapering, some shoulder padding. ~USD520 for 1 jacket, 2 pants Suit is dark, lighting is bad so i don't suppose you can see anything..

not fitted enough, and not enough waist suppression.

Yeah, you need better pictures. Can't really see anything in these.

Just curious: how is this MTM (no sarcasm intended, just curious about your experience)? If only 2 our of the 4 sleeve buttons open up, I am wondering where you got this made.

A few quick observations:
- nice fabric;
- i like the length of your pants, but know that others will disagree here;
- sleeves are a bit too long;
- quarters could be more open, but should in any case not be overlapping like they now seem to be doing;
- from the pics, it looks like your frame would benefit from a 1 or 2 button or even 3 roll 2 instead of a 3 button jacket; and
- shoulders seem a bit too structured and extended for me, but that could be your preference.

You need better pics to get feedback here, but from these pics, it looks like you have fairly sloped shoulders, which appears to be less the case on the pics above.

It looks boxy and shapeless, and the sleeves are too long. The worst part is the trousers though, the way they billow out around the hips looks ridiculous, getting double pleats was clearly a mistake...

+1 noted. Is the billowing a result of double pleats? or because of the tailor not taking this into account?.

If you're going to take the pictures inside, please at least draw back the curtains and take the pictures with the light coming in from behind the camera.
It also helps to set the camera on a table-top or similar and use the timer so at least your shaky hand doesn't add to the lack of focus.

I'm sure those suits could look a lot better in better pictures.

Probably a bit of both. That is what RTW pleated trousers look like on me (which is why I never wear them), but if they're being MTM then it should be possible to have small pleats, a single one at least, while keeping them slim enough to not look like this.
