Nope, but it's pretty much impossible to distinguish between them without visiting the different farms.

Well, yeah. If you're concerned about free-range/grass-fed/etc. products you should put in the research and make sure you're not getting ripped off or misled.

when a lot of manufacturers say "cage free" chicken sometimes it just means there was a door in the same crowded, dirty, unsanitary henhouses as manufacturers without the claim.

I buy my chicken directly from the people who raised it via the NYC Greenmarket in Union Square. I am pretty confident with the product I am receiving even though I haven't visited the farm. I know it is within a few hours drive of where I live and I don't buy chicken from the grocery store.

But I appreciate you letting me know that I am being scammed.
