Cheapest way to order from U.S.A.?

I have a relative who I can order via. But I've heard that the shipping costs from the states are pretty high(?).

I would order about 30 sweaters and shirts. The customs won't be a problem as we will have the tags take off before shipping.

I'm not exactly sure about the shipping because I don't buy much online, hell I rarely buy online. But if you need some stuff, I'll try my best to help you out by getting the cheapest price for it.

I bet Customs will flag thirty mint-condition shirts as new regardless of whether they have tags or not. USPS/national mail seems to be the cheapest way to ship, generally, but sometimes it's not an option.
