(m@T @ May 04 2005,07:49) wow - dont check into general chat for a few days and were on to page 2. Â thanks guys for all the pointers. moosio - let me know what you think of that place. i can live with rudimentary furnishings and its very cheap...
I'm at the Hotel right now. The rooms are really old, and showers and bathrooms are not standard. But good for 32euro's a night... + it's in central paris. Good find guys, except I have to leave tomarrow.. their booked solid
32 euros per night and you have a bathroom? It must be a common bathroom with all clients of the hotel .

i've had very good luck booking higher end hotels at dirt cheap prices from hotels.com/.ca and expedia.com/.ca

check both the american and canadian sites for the same hotel as the prices can vary sufficiently that you can end up with a better bargain booking from the other country's site (you'd think they'd be the same but the sometimes aren't)

in any event, both sites have everything from 5 to 1 star hotels for all budget ranges

I'm glad it's working out for you. Hope I didn't promise more than the Hotel could fulfill.
