Yes, I have the "bone calf" lows. Note that when they say "calf," they're talking about the lining and not the leather on the outer, which is heavily coated on my pair. You can see where it's wearing off in the creases around the toebox--that happened pretty early on. I've had my pair for right around 6 months now, worn once or twice a week max. I'm not hard on my footwear, with the exception of scraping the insides of the heels. Soles are great, as to be expected. Trees were always used. Regardless, they showed wear pretty quickly. Here's a pic dump

For comparisons, I'd put them on about the same level as the Converse zip suedes everyone bought this summer--ultimately cheap materials trying to be lux (though the suede on the converse is better than any of the AA materials). They don't hold a candle to Diemme (also in white leather). They're much more comfortable and the leather breathes better. Diemme is also pretty transparent about what materials they use and where they're sourced. AA's also not as nice as Greats in their natural goat leather, which are super supple, though a different aesthetic. That being said, none of those other shoes came packaged with a branded pair of chopsticks. Also, if you do end up getting Axel Arigato, don't size down like you would for CPs/other Margom-soled sneakers.

Basically just go with Epaulet. or CPs. Unless you're really hungry.
