Casual quilted winter jacket

I've started looking for a casual quilted winter jacket filled with down. My shortlist is:

• Babour Down Wax Jacket (in black)
• Babour Down Explorer Jacket (in dark navy)
• Moncler Maya Hooded Jacket
• Duvetica Hooded Zip Through Puffa Jacket

I like all of them, the shiny Moncler and Duvetica ones are suited only to rappers lol?

Have you heard of a brand called Puffa? Not sure if there is a SF reputation, since it is such a small brand, but I own one and can attest to the fact that it is the warmest coat on planet Earth. I found myself wearing it with just a OCBD underneath on days as cold as 10 degrees F and it kept me completely warm. Their site seems to be down at the moment but here is what my jacket looks like:

Canada Goose is all the rage up here. Most stores sold out completely. Warmth ranges from pretty damn cold to Antarctic exploration.

If you live in Atlanta and 10°F/-12°C is your idea of insanely frigid, maybe you shouldn't be talking about the "warmest coat on planet earth." Just a thought.

I guarantee a decent Canada Goose would blow it out of the water, and I've got a super-heavy Trovata parka even warmer than CG. There's also the Nigel Cabourn Everest jacket, which I assume to be thermally impregnable, and a couple others in that league but won't bullshit about clothes I haven't handled.

I went to university in the north, albeit not the tundra, but enough to get good use out of heavy down coat and certainly as cold as London gets in the winter (the OP's current location). Thus I felt qualified to respond.

Oh yeah, GodAtum, with Moncler and Duvetica you are paying for the brand name. They had their brief phrase in the trendy limelight and I'd say that was at least two or three winters ago. Now it's mostly brand-whore fashion victims wearing them, and they aren't even particularly nice-looking jackets.
