It was suitable for my needs and I assume you would find the same for a suit like this as it is nearly a costume.

I was going to send them some fabric to make some sportscoats for the weekends when I am outside and don't want to be wearing the more expensive bespoke or even ww Chan MTM. I just haven't gotten around to it. They seemed more than happy to work with customer fabric. The turnaround time is rather amazing in that the order comes from Nepal. Of course this all depends on having accurate measurements for them to work with.

Hmmm, sounds like this little deal might be a bit of a gamble. I suppose if you don't expect too much you'd be alright though. Hopefully that guy on Bond Lifestyle will get one and post a review soon.

I actually don't like the OMEEEEEGA watches that are available now
w/the "007" inscription on it. Seems to blatant.

In fact, the watch they promote as the watch he wears..doesn't even seem to be
the one he actually wore in the movie.

A slight variation..but not that exact one. I don't remember his movie watch having the turbine swirl design that they're promoting right now.

I just wore my new bond polo shirt today in Atlanta. A hot girl gave me a few looks just outside Teavana.

shirt has already paid for itself!

Taking a look at the grey crewneck tshirt now on the website....hmmm......

I tried on my next planned purchase, the Omega 300m GMT Seamaster. It retails for $3050 plus tax, but I will order it in the next few months from watchclick. I think there is a second watch Bond wore in the movie by Omega, with a rubber strap.

Without having to become James Bond or buying the gadgets.. How do you develop a sense of style like that? Classic (but not TOO classic) yet very contemporary. This is a serious question

I am in particular interested in the causal wear style that Danial has in the movie. here do you start? Start studying patterns, color combinations ? Or do I start just mimicking the color / material combination and go from there?

For example I bought a simple elegant brown sunglass, a navy blue (and 1 black) polo shirt. Now what type of shoes and pants do I need? I think Khakis for example are too classic/old fashioned (no offense meant).

for trousers, buy a pair of khakis by Theory-- they are cut trim, are 90% cotton and 10% elastene. I saw them today at Bloomingdales, $165. I should have bought a pair to wear with my navy blue Bond polo, but I'd spent enough by that time that I decided not to. very cool, slick trousers and the price was not TOO over the top.

I've been very influenced by Bond's style. I bought a solid navy suit recently with narrower lapels, and you can't be more "bond" than a grenadine solid knit necktie, one in black and one in navy blue; wear with a grey suit of just about any shade or pattern, and a white or light blue linen pocketsquare, folded in a simple square (peeking out of your breast pocket). That's it!

I love how Vesper (Eva Green) sizes up bond w/her words

"You wear that suit w/disdain because you didn't come from me..and
have passions like expensive watches" "Rolex?" "OMEEEEGA!"

I could just wonder how she'd size me up:

"You frequent the clearance isle of expensive clothiers to get a taste
of being from money. You like to save, and don't want to overspend, and it shows in your selective buying nature..." "Rolex?" "No..CASSSSSSIO!"

haha..

Regards.

I dont have access to that brand. I think I am going to try a few RLPL pants. Or even maybe a few from Zara. How about sport jackets/blazers? What do you wear right now? I am thinking about a linen sport jacket (in white/khaki/or dark blue) or a RLPL dark blue cotton jacket. Maybe with a light blue shirt. The thing is there are so many color combinations...
