The 2021 911 Turbo S reviews are popping up on YouTube. Car is really impressive. I’d take the Turbo or Turbo S over any GT model.
I know you’re joking, but my car is considered peak BMW by many. It’s too stiff, hurts my back, and my gf would light it on fire if she could because it’s so awful for passengers. You take that blasphemy back. GTs are peak Porsche and thus peak car.
Why are the Speedsters so eye-wateringly expensive if they are just on the 911 platform?
British racing green is my favorite color. I love rich metallic colors like that, but green is probably my favorite.
The car in your post, I believe is Irish Green. Not as dark as a traditional British Racing Green. A friend just took delivery of a Brewster Green 991 Speedster. I was hoping to see it at an upcoming PCA event, but with the social distancing going on, all events are cancelled for now. I've seen a photo of his Speedster and it looks amazing. I was passed on the highway by one a few weeks ago and it looks awesome! Definitely, my favorite version of the 991 !
Not a bad kind of wreck, or one that will devalue it in too big of a way, but still, it foreshadows that money does not buy skill or talent....or brains for that matter. It's not really that difficult of a maneuver to not scrape the bumper or bottom of your supercar. I was on the job not more then a month before I successfully loaded a customer's Ferrari Enzo on the back of a flatbed transport truck.
The post called it British Racing Green, but I agree it looks a bit lighter. Still a great color.
